By booking a cleaning with Cleanerific, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Services. We believe every home is unique, so we offer tailored cleaning packages. Whether you need a deep clean or simple maintenance, we have a plan that suits your needs. Our pricing is clear and fair, based on your selected floor plan and the tasks you’d like us to perform.
Pricing Adjustments
Please note that the price may change if the cleaning requirements differ from what was originally outlined or if the assessment of the home is inaccurate. We reserve the right to modify the price to reflect the true conditions of the home during the cleaning.

Home Assessment Accuracy
For an accurate quote, please provide the correct number of bedrooms and any other relevant details about your home. Our flat-rate pricing depends on this information, which covers the cleaning of your entire home based on the floor plan you choose and the services included.
Tailored Cleaning Options
If there are specific areas or tasks you’d like to highlight—or exclude—we offer customized cleaning options to meet your needs. We recommend a walk-through with our cleaning team on the day of your service to ensure we understand and meet your priorities.
Your Role in the Cleaning Process
Your feedback is important to us. We encourage you to actively participate in shaping your cleaning experience. A walk-through on the day of the appointment helps ensure that we align our services with your unique needs.
Arrival Time Frame
When you book with Cleanerific, we provide an arrival window—typically one hour after your scheduled service time. While we aim to be on time, occasional delays (due to traffic or parking) can happen. Please remain available during this one-hour window to accommodate any unforeseen issues. We strive to respect your time and will make every effort to arrive as close to your scheduled time as possible.
This arrival window helps account for any unexpected delays, such as traffic or parking issues, allowing us to still provide top-notch service.

Trash Removal: Please note that we do not provide trash removal services. It is the client's responsibility to properly dispose of trash in designated waste management systems.
2. Non-Refundable Policy and Redo Service
At Cleanerific, your satisfaction is our priority. If anything is not to your liking, we offer a redo service. Simply let us know within 12 hours of the initial cleaning, and we will schedule a redo at no additional cost to address the specific areas you are dissatisfied with.
Notification Period
To qualify for a redo service, you must notify us within 12 hours after your initial cleaning. We are unable to provide a redo after this period.
Conditions of the Redo Service
– The redo will be scheduled at the earliest available time that works for both parties.
– We will focus only on the areas you identified when notifying us of the redo.
– Our cleaning team will carry out the redo to meet your expectations.
No Refunds, Satisfaction Guaranteed via Redos
While we do not offer refunds, we guarantee your satisfaction by providing redo services when necessary. We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with the quality of our service.
Change of Scope
If additional tasks are requested during the redo, we will inform you of any additional charges before proceeding.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that situations may arise requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To avoid charges, please notify us at least one full business day in advance. If you cancel the same day or within 24 hours, you will incur a fee equal to the total cost of the cleaning service. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by the preceding Friday. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Billing and Payment Terms
In keeping with our commitment to transparency and convenience, Cleanerific accepts payment via credit card only.
Pre-Authorization Hold
A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card one day before your scheduled service. This may appear as a charge on your bank statement, but it’s simply a hold to confirm your booking.
Final Charge
You will only be charged once the cleaning is completed. An invoice will be sent to your email right away, confirming the transaction.
4.1 Annual Service Rates Adjustment
Cleanerific remains committed to providing you with exceptional eco-friendly cleaning services. To sustain this level of quality and service, we review and adjust our rates each year.
Commitment to Quality and Fairness
To maintain the high standards you expect and ensure fair compensation for our dedicated team, we adjust service rates annually. This process supports continuous improvement and the well-being of our team members.
Notification of Rate Adjustment
Starting on your service anniversary, we will implement a 6% adjustment to your service rates each year. This adjustment ensures:
– Improved Quality: The increase helps us invest in premium, eco-friendly cleaning products and cutting-edge equipment.
– Fair Pay: Our skilled team members are vital to our success. The rate adjustment reflects our dedication to fair compensation and their ongoing professional development.
– Ongoing Training: As the cleaning industry evolves, we invest in our team's education on the latest sustainable practices, directly benefiting your home.
– Community Impact: A portion of the rate adjustment is used to support local environmental initiatives, aligning with our vision for sustainability.

We believe in clear communication about pricing. This adjustment is vital to maintaining the exceptional service and values that Cleanerific represents.
5. Recurring Services Policy
Initial and Recurring Service Rates
We offer discounts for recurring cleaning services. The initial service is priced at the standard rate, while future cleanings are discounted for your continued commitment.
Commitment to Recurring Services
To qualify for the discount, we require a commitment to a minimum of three months of regular service. This allows us to provide consistent, high-quality service while efficiently managing our resources.
Appointment Cancellations and Adjustments
– Weekly Service: No more than three cancellations in a three-month period.
– Bi-weekly Service: No more than two cancellations in a three-month period.
– Monthly Service: No cancellations are allowed in the first three months.
Rate Adjustments for Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service:
– The discounted rate applies if you reschedule within one week of the original date.
– A missed bi-weekly appointment will be billed at the monthly rate.
– Services with three-week gaps will be adjusted to the monthly rate.
– Services with intervals longer than four weeks will be charged the full one-time cleaning rate.
These policies are in place to ensure our schedule remains efficient and to provide you with the best value for recurring services.
6. Non-Solicitation Policy
We invest a great deal in the training and development of our cleaning professionals to offer you the best service possible. To protect this investment and our relationships with clients, we kindly ask that you refrain from directly hiring any Cleanerific employee for services outside of our offerings.
If you wish to hire a Cleanerific employee directly, a referral fee equal to six months of the employee’s salary will apply. This policy supports fair business practices and the values of mutual respect and community engagement.
7. Privacy Policy
At Cleanerific, protecting your privacy is a top priority. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information with the utmost care.

We collect necessary information to provide and improve our cleaning services, and all data is stored securely, protected by advanced security protocols.
No Sharing or Selling of Information
